About Us

Founded in March 1984 by David Goodman.

The company was founded by David at age 18. The first company vehicle was a 1976 Malibu Station Wagon, After 6 months, this was sold and a 1967 Chevy Pick Up was purchased. David built a wooden trailer to haul a used Snappy Riding lawn mower. In 1986 with help from his mother, David obtained financing and acquired a 1 ton flat bed truck. Soon after this purchase, David became very serious about building a truly professional and dedicated landscape design, build, and maintenance company. It has been and always will be the objective of GLM to operate the most productive landscape company in the metro Phoenix market. This is accomplished by meeting the needs of its customers and employees while promoting professionalism in the landscaping industry.

The continuing success of GLM is due to the individual contributions of its employees and its efforts to create customer satisfaction. GLM's mission is to promote safety, company pride, professionalism, customer satisfaction and security for employees, customers and the public. The goal is to fulfill the needs of the customer by providing timely, quality services and products.

Landscape Maintenance Division currently serves over 165 commercial and residential properties in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Carefree and Cave Creek.

Landscape Installation Division completes 50 - 60 landscape projects per year, including landscpae and irrigation design, installation and follow-up maintenance.

We provide services for residential properties.
