LANDSCAPE PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assists in estimates and scope of work by reviewing Landscape Design and Sales proposals prior to presenting to client.
• Walk property with sales associate, review drawing and bid to ensure pricing and man hours required are correct.
• Upon acceptance of proposal by Homeowner ?? Schedule Job
• Prior to starting the project - walk property marking as needed with flags/paint to signify location of plants, etc.
• Oversee and Schedule the ordering of all materials and/or subcontractors required for the job.
• Manage and oversee the Crew Leader ?? Ensure Crew Leader understands all facets of the job at hand ?? assist crew leader and crew when needed to ensure work is completed within the allotted man-hours will require hands on labor.
• Communicate with homeowner as needed.
• Recommend upgrades as may be required for the job; meet with Sales Associate and homeowner if required.
• Upon Completion ?? walk the property with homeowner to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee finalizing all odds and ends required at end of job.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work well with others, be dependable, flexible, organized and detail oriented
• Valid Drivers License with Clear MVR
• 3+ years Experience
• Knowledge of local plant material
• Knowledge of Hardscape material
• Irrigation Knowledge Required
• Low Voltage Lighting ?? Generalized Electric Skills
• Knowledge of Low Voltage Lighting
• People Skills
• Bilingual a Plus

LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER

JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Hands-on Working Crew Leader to manage and oversee a crew of 2 to 10 people.
• Responsible for ensuring crew meets installation deadlines and stays within the allotted man-hours.
• Responsible for the completion of the daily time sheet for entire crew with respect to each job noting which equipment was utilized for the day.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Arizona Drivers License and Clean MVR
• Knowledge of Irrigation Systems Install
• Bilingual
• 3+ Years Experience
• Knowledge of local plant material
• Knowledge of hardscape material
• Knowledge of Low Lighting Voltage

COMPENSTION:

RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE FIELD SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Perform routine supervisor visits to customers' property
• Perform new customer satisfaction follow-up
• Perform maintenance bids for clean-ups, regular service and small upgrade projects.
• On going training for all maintenance crew leaders.
• Assist crews by running errands and/or making deliveries to crew(s) on job site to ensure work is done timely and correctly.
• Maintain communications with crew leaders throughout the day for job location and return time
• At every property you will be required to check the irrigation system for proper watering and for system leaks for all minor leaks you will have the parts necessary to repair the leak on site.

• Trouble Shoot and Repair Existing Irrigation Systems
• Install New Irrigation Systems ?? Start to Finish
• Preparation of Quotes for Repairs and/or New Installation
• Inspection of Existing Cliental Irrigation Systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Arizona Drivers License and Clean MVR
• 3+ Years Experience
• Knowledge of local plant material
• Low Lighting Voltage
• Complete Hands On Knowledge of Irrigation Systems

LANDSCAPE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Meet with Customer to Define needs and gather data.
