- New Installation Not Maintained by Goodman's Landscape Maintenance, LLC.
- Hardscape: 2 years
- Flatwork: 1 year (Concrete)
- Trees: 6 Months
- Plant Material: 120 days
- Flowers: 30 days
- Irrigation: 1 year
- Lighting: 1 year
- Customers with an Ongoing Service Agreement with Goodman's Landscape Maintenance, LLC.
- Hardscape: 2 years
- Flatwork: 1 year (Concrete)
- Trees: 1 year
- Plant Material: 240 days

Owner’s manuals and manufacturer warranty information will be conveyed to you upon receipt of payment in full for the project.
