Upon receipt of payment in full for your project the following warranties will go into effect
WARRANTY
Irrigation, Landscape Lighting and Misting System Repairs include a 1 year labor & parts Goodman’s Landscape Maintenance, LLC. Warranty in addition to any Manufacturer Warranty that may apply. Ponds and Water Features: Pump & Water Leveler repairs include standard Warranty above. Basin & Boulder Water feature leak repairs do not carry a Goodman’s Landscape Maintenance, LLC. Warranty.
DISCLAIMERS
WORKMANSHIP: All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Property owner to carry all necessary insurance. Goodman’s Landscape Maintenance, LLC. is a licensed, bonded and insured company, and our worker’s are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance. Goodman’s Landscape Maintenance, LLC. shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of its obligations which may result from strikes, acts of labor unions, fires, floods, earthquakes, or acts of God, war or other contingencies beyond its control.
ALTERATIONS/DEVIATIONS: Any alteration or deviation from the specifications on estimate, proposal or work ticket involving extra cost of material, or labor will only be executed upon verbal, emailed, faxed or written orders for same, and will become an extra charge over the sum shown on this estimate and/or agreement. Estimates are valid for up to thirty (30) days from the date of the estimate, proposal or work ticket.
ART, STATUARY & POTTERY: Despite reasonable precautionary measures to ensure damage does not occur, there is still the possibility of an occurrence. This paragraph informs you of that possibility, and notifies you in advance that Goodman’s Landscape Maintenance, LLC., will pay a maximum liability amount of $100.00 per occurrence.
LANDSCAPE, CABLES, LINES & STRUCTURES: Arizona law requires Homeowners to notify Blue Stake in advance of excavation projects. Goodman’s Landscape Maintenance, LLC. will exercise reasonable precaution to avoid damage to existing landscape and lawns, above or underground utility lines, including, but not limited to irrigation, cable and low voltage wiring lines, and structures located on site. However, Customer understands that, unless specifically provided for herein, cost of repair for damaged Cable & Satellite TV or internet wiring/cabling is not included in this Agreement as these items are not marked by Blue Stake and Goodman’s Landscape Maintenance, LLC. has no way of knowing where these lines run on the property. Repair of these items should be completed by Cable, Internet and/or Satellite Provider. Cost of repair for damage of other unmarked cables/lines/wiring such as low voltage landscape wires, landscape feature electrical wires, solenoid wires, invisible dog fence wiring and etc. is not included in this Agreement; however repair service is available through GOODMAN’S LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, LLC. at an additional cost to Customer.
